Shipping and Delivery

We deliver shipments to anywhere in the world within 1 to 10 days through our partnered courier company.

Shipping costs vary based on the destination country and the quantity of items being shipped.

You can view the shipping cost by selecting the country in the cart.

Once your order is confirmed by the bank, it will be dispatched within 5 business days (Monday-Friday). If there is any delay from our side, you will be notified using your membership information. Therefore, having complete and accurate membership details is important. Deliveries are not made on holidays and festive days.

All the products you select will be delivered to you by our partnered courier companies.

You will receive a confirmation email for the purchased items. If any of the selected items are out of stock, you will receive an email regarding this issue, and the estimated date when the product will be back in stock will be communicated to you.

toremember.com.tr allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. In rare cases, the same product may be purchased by multiple consumers, causing it to go out of stock. In such a scenario:

If you made the payment online for a product that is no longer in our inventory, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and up to 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within this timeframe, the payment made will be refunded.
